Alaska Shorebird Group Publications

The Alaska Shorebird Group releases an annual summary of new and ongoing studies being conducted in Alaska. These summaries are the only written records of shorebird projects occurring in the state and provide a valuable timeline and history of the who we are.

The Alaska Shorebird Group is also responsible for the Alaska Shorebird Conservation Plan. The most recent version was released in 2019 and encompasses the most up-to-date knowledge of the status, trends, and conservation issues facing shorebirds in Alaska.
